  • Choosing the right artwork begins with understanding where it will live and how it will sit within your outdoor setting. Guidance on scale, placement, and suitability is available under Services, and personal advice can be provided via consultation.

  • Yes. Guidance on artwork selection, size, material, and placement is available via consultation. Please get in touch using the contact form or contact details provided on the website.

  • Yes. All artworks are made to order and can be produced up to 170cm × 120cm (rectangular) or 150cm × 150cm (square). Pricing is confirmed by quote once artwork details are agreed.

  • Artworks are available on aluminium dibond or acrylic. Aluminium dibond is recommended for most outdoor settings due to its durability and stability. Further details are available under Services.

  • Yes. While designed for outdoor environments, artworks can also be installed indoors if preferred.

  • Standard turnaround is approximately 5–7 working days from order confirmation. Rush options may be available by arrangement and will be confirmed in advance.

  • With appropriate care, artworks can typically be enjoyed outdoors for three to five years, depending on environmental conditions and placement.

  • Installation guidance is provided under Services. Frame and Foliage does not offer installation services, and customers are responsible for ensuring fixings, surfaces, and installation methods are suitable for their artwork and chosen location.

  • Artworks can remain outdoors; however, for longer-term care, seasonal removal during prolonged cold or freezing conditions is recommended. Further care guidance is available under Services.

  • Delivery and packaging costs are included in your quote where applicable. Collection from our London supplier is also available by arrangement.

  • International orders may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

  • Guidance on cleaning and caring for your artwork is available under Services on our website.

  • In coastal or high-salinity environments, increased exposure to salt and moisture may affect materials over time. More regular cleaning and seasonal removal is recommended in these settings.

  • If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt, providing clear visual evidence of the damage.

  • As artworks are made to order, cancellations are not possible once production has started. Refunds cannot be offered once an order is in production, except where required by law.
