Terms and Conditions

Each Frame and Foliage artwork is made to order and supported with clear guidance on selection, installation, and care. Pricing, delivery, and timelines are confirmed in advance by quote, and artworks are designed for outdoor use with appropriate care. Full details of ordering, delivery, materials, care, and terms of sale are outlined here in our Terms and Conditions, which we recommend reviewing before placing an order.

    • All artworks are produced to order.

    • Quotes are valid for 15 days for the date issued.

    • An order is placed once a quote has been accepted and full payment has been received.

    • Changes after an order has been placed with our supplier may not be possible and, where feasible, may incur additional costs.

    • VAT (if applicable) will be clearly stated on your quote.

    • The price of your artwork will be confirmed within your quote.

    • Delivery and packaging costs will be included in your quote where applicable.

    • Full payment is required before production can begin.

    • The standard turnaround time for your artwork is approximately 5–7 working days from order confirmation. If an earlier turnaround is required, a Rush Setup Charge of up to 50% may apply and will be confirmed in advance.

    • Delivery is made via standard signed-for post unless otherwise agreed.

    • For time-sensitive orders, we recommend collection from our London supplier or delivery by direct courier. Collection from our London supplier is available by prior arrangement.

    • Risk passes to the customer once the artwork has been delivered or collected.

    • As all artworks are made to order, cancellation is not possible once production has started.

    • Refunds cannot be offered once an order has entered production, except where required by law.

    • Frame and Foliage provides guidance only on the installation of artworks and does not offer installation services.

    • Customers are responsible for ensuring that fixings, surfaces, and installation methods are suitable for their artwork and chosen location.

    • Frame and Foliage cannot be held responsible for incorrect installation or any damage arising during installation.

    • All artworks are designed for outdoor use and, with appropriate care, can typically be enjoyed for three to five years.

    • The lifespan of an artwork will depend on environmental conditions and the location in which it is placed.

    • Care guidance is provided on the Frame and Foliage website and should be followed to help maintain the condition of the artwork. Environmental exposure, including weather, coastal conditions, frost, snow, and freezing temperatures, may affect materials over time.

    • There may be slight colour variation between images viewed on screen and the final printed artwork, due to differences in display settings across devices.

    • Once installed outdoors, natural changes may occur over time. As the substrates used are designed for outdoor environments, these changes should remain minimal when care guidance is followed.

    • Artworks are supplied as printed on either 3mm gloss vinyl wrapped aluminium dibond or reverse-printed 3mm clear acrylic. Aluminium dibond provides greater rigidity, while acrylic is lighter and more susceptible to damage from knocks or surface scratching during handling or installation. Care guidance for both substrates is available on the Frame and Foliage website.

    • If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact contact@frameandfoliage.com within 24 hours of receipt, providing clear visual evidence of damage incurred during transit.

    • If you believe your artwork has a fault, please contact contact@frameandfoliage.com within 24 hours of confirmed receipt, including visual evidence of the issue.

    • Frame and Foliage is not responsible for damage incurred during installation or following installation.

    • Damage resulting from customer handling, installation, environmental exposure, or placement conditions is not considered a fault of Frame and Foliage.

    • All images and artworks created and offered as part of Frame and Foliage remain the copyright of Donna Andronicos (creator/photographer).

    • Purchase of an artwork does not transfer reproduction or copyright ownership to the customer.

    • Artworks may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes by customers or third parties without prior written permission from Donna Andronicos.

    • Frame and Foliage accepts no liability for indirect or consequential loss arising in connection with an artwork.

    • Liability for Frame and Foliage is limited to purchase price only where legally permitted.

    • International orders may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability, delivery location, and quotation.

    • For international deliveries, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, local charges, or additional handling fees are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

    • Frame and Foliage is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or local import procedures.
